Updated Procedures as of June 27th, 2020
With Tarrant County’s recent announcement, it is required that anyone entering the building, MUST wear a mask, beginning June 27th, 2020. Only 1 person per pet allowed in. If you are unable to wear a mask, then we will offer curbside service. Please call us with any questions, and as always, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
The safety and welfare of our precious patients and clients along with our staff is our top priority at the moment. We understand that pets are not just animals, but are treasured family members, so until mandated otherwise, we will continue to be available and provide health care to your pet. We do; however, ask that except in emergency situations, if you are not feeling well, have traveled to COVID-19 endemic areas, or have been exposed to anyone with the virus, that you postpone any wellness or routine procedures.
1. Call the office to schedule your appointment.
2. When you arrive at the clinic, call the clinic at 817-237-8189.
3. Pertinent history and information will be taken via phone.
4. A member of our staff will come to your vehicle and take your pet into the clinic.
5. When your pet is ready, a member of our staff will let you know, collect payment, and return your pet to you.
6. The veterinarian who sees your pet will then be available via phone or FaceTime to answer any questions or relay any pertinent information.
If you have any questions or concerns, we will be available to address those. Thank you for working with us as we navigate this uncharted territory. Stay well.
